I am so excited to start this journey with you! My name is Doc Rogers and I am going to be your guide though a fast paced survey of the history of the United States of America. The ultimate goal is that ALL of the students enrolled in this class CAN PASS the AP United States History (APUSH) test. I am here to support you as you dive into the complex and often disappointing but inspiring none the less story of how we as a people arrived at the place we are now. We will be discussing, writing about, learning the history behind some of the most controversial topics and events in the history of this country. As such our classroom, E104, is a safe place where all points of view are accepted and discussed. All of us will be challenged in many ways during this course, but by signing up for this you are making the choice to allow yourself to be impacted by the stories we will hear, and the discussions we will have. We will not all agree, but we will respect one another as much as possible.
