Student Success Skills

Student Success Skills is the principle our school is focusing on this year. We start the morning with a school-wide assembly where we connect with our buddy classroom, share announcements & the Pledge of Allegiance, and do several calming belly breaths before we leave for our classrooms. Twice a month Trailblazer awards are given to students who have earned special recognition for going above and beyond classroom and school expectations. Once a month we celebrate that month's birthdays.

Every classroom has a daily Social Emotional Learning time. Several classrooms start the day with special interest clubs.

Our school families meet once a month to enjoy time with others who we don't interact with every day. School families is a favorite among students and adults!

We enjoy having our families come for visits, during the school day, before school, or for evening events.
