Practices 

PRACTICE STARTS NOVEMBER 4TH, 2025! We have a 2 week trial period at the beginning of the season, during which time all wrestlers practice together on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6-7:30. After these two weeks, the coaches will determine which practice athletes should attend moving forward. 

Practices will be split between Novice A, Novice B, and Open wrestlers. Novice wrestlers are athletes with two years or less of experience. Novice A are generally 2nd grade and younger. Novice B will be 2nd/3rd grade and older. Open wrestlers have more than two years experience. There may be some fluctuation in practice assignments due to practice partner availability or skill level, but coaches will communicate with parents if that situation were to arise.  *PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLERS WILL ATTEND OPEN PRACTICES - REGARDLESS OF WHAT DIVISION THEY COMPETE IN AT TOURNAMENTS*

Novice A: Tuesdays and Thursdays (5:30-6:15 PM)

Novice B: Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:15-7:15 PM)

OPEN: Mondays (6-7:30 PM), Tuesdays and Thursdays (7-8:30 PM)
