Meet Mrs.Marble

Hi! My name is Faith Marble-Heitschmidt. I have the pleasure of being your child’s 1st grade teacher this school year. I graduated from Kansas State University with my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Spanish and Low Incidence Special Education, with a minor in Leadership Studies. This is my 4th year teaching and my second year at Prairie Creek, spending my last year teaching Kindergarten. Prior to that, I was a low incidence special education teacher in Blue Valley, specializing in students with Autism. I have found such a love for teaching early primary students and am looking forward to familiar faces and making new relationships! 

Fun Stuff About Me

Over this past summer, I got married! My husband also works here at Prairie Creek, he is the 5th grade teacher known as Mr.H! We met at the best college ever, K-State! We have season tickets and love spending our Saturdays up in Manhattan. When we are not watching the Cats, you might find us watching the Broncos! Brett coaches football and baseball up at the high school, so I spend a lot of my time there! While I now live in Spring Hill, I am from Overland Park. It’s awesome to watch this area grow and the best feeling to have friends and family so close by, they often stop in to volunteer in my room or be a mystery reader!
