GOAL #1: Improve state assessment scores in reading and math, utilizing the following selected strategies:

* engage in the design and implementation of district-wide Tiered Systems of Support in collaboration with TASN.

* utilize Fastbridge screener data to tier students and identify appropriate interventions (math and reading).

* support teachers with completion of professional learning in LETRS (all EES, SPED, and MS ELA)

GOAL #2: Increase the system Post Secondary Effectiveness rate to within or above the Confidence Interval, utilizing the following selected strategies:

* support 7-12 students with completion of a comprehensive IPS process including:  interest inventories, course selection, and a 2-year post secondary plan.

* conduct the following for all students -

      - graduation check

      - post secondary site visits

      - career fair participation

      - senior project and senior exit interview

* continue to develop opportunities for completion of post secondary credentials, internships/WBL, and other post secondary assets
