Course Description
This course serves as a primary introduction to modern computing and programming by reviewing historical figures and events and the impact they had on modern technology. Students are exposed to a variety of topics in computer science. The goal of this course is to show students the wider world of computing and technology beyond programming, building a broad foundation for later courses to build upon.Â

Relate Computing Science to a variety of other disciplines and describe how they are interconnected with each other.
Apply and use Computing Science tools and techniques to solve real-world problems.
