Farber Funds

The Farber Funds offer funding for POLS, CJUS, INTS and civic leadership minors in the Dept. of Political Science for internships, conference travel, faculty-led programs, study abroad, fellowships, and more. Students must have a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for the Funds.

Bureau of Labor Statistics - The B.L.S. entry for political scientists will provide some basic information, but you can search for particular careers in which you’re interested: e.g., “city administrator,” “urban planning,” “policy analyst,” “survey researcher,” “attorney,”  “public relations,” “nonprofit,” “community health,” etc. They also have general guides that, while dated, still include valuable information about Working in Politics and working as a Policy Analyst.
