CBBRe visited the kindergartners from Austin Elementary to demonstrate the importance of helmets and brain safety with an interactive experience involving more than 26 packs of Jell-O. Five classes of students had a chance to touch sheep brains, and vote on whether they thought the bike helmet would protect the Jell-O brains from 'squishing.'
