Wellness Fair 2023
From Surviving To Thriving 2023
This Spring the UPC campus hosted a Wellness Fair that served over 150 parents/caregivers of NAI Scholars, providing linkage to community resources and tools to promote Wellness.
The fair hosted booths from the USC EP MHC, with hands-on projects and activities. Our parents made their own personalized stress balls, explored aromatherapy, and had an opportunity to take part in mindfulness practice. We also invited community organizations to share valuable resources and programming, from South Central Run Club, LA County Department of Consumer Affairs, and Legal Clinics.
Thank you to all of those who attended the 2023 Wellness Fair, we look forward to seeing you all in years to come. Please feel free to reach out to EP MHC with any questions or feedback related to any previous Wellness Fairs, and stay tuned for information on upcoming events and programming for the 2023-2024 year.
This Summer’s Offerings
As Los Angeles approaches the height of summer, we understand the increased stress and uncertainty that may come with the season. Whether you’re overwhelmed finding childcare, or experiencing slow work, the summer months remain stressful for many individuals and families. This summer, EP MHC is continuing in-person counseling sessions at the UPC office, and in our new space at HSC. If you or a loved one are experiencing increased stress, or just want someone to talk to, EM MHC is available. Please reach out to our email epmh@usc.edu to set up an appointment.
In addition to normal counseling services, we would also like to share additional community events and programming that may be of interest. Please explore the links below to learn more:
