14 Basic Consonants
Consonants cannot be alone. It should be combined with a vowel to form a syllable.
10 Basic Vowels
Vowels cannot be alone without a preceding consonant. Those vowels having vertical strokes will always carry consonants on the left of it while horizontal vowels carry them on top.
Korean Syllable = Consonant(s) + Vowel(s)
