Event Participation and Media Policies

1. Notice of Photography and Media Recording

Consent to Use Media:

By attending an event hosted by the Pittsburgh Chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG Pittsburgh or USBG PGH), you are entering an area where photography, audio, or video recording may occur. By willfully entering this event, you authorize the use and release of such recording media for publicity, education, public information, or advertising by USBG Pittsburgh or the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG). This includes media appearing on their respective websites and/or elsewhere on the Internet.

Waiver and Release:

We appreciate your cooperation in releasing USBG Pittsburgh, USBG, its subsidiaries, and their employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liability, or results caused by the use of your photograph(s), film, videotape, audiotape, and/or interview from this evening.

Opting Out:

Should you not feel comfortable with your image or voice being recorded, please inform the photographer as they circulate, and your wishes will be respected.

2. Event Policies

Attendance Conduct

Please be advised that attending this event means abiding by USBG Policies, including the Member Code of Conduct and Policy against Harassment.

Cancellation

Should your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so that any open slot can be offered to the waitlist.

Refunds

For guests, non-members, or participants who are not current members, admission registration fees are non-refundable for no-shows and cancellations made within 18 hours of the event.
