Timing
❖ Plenary lectures: 35 minutes for the presentation, plus 5 minutes for discussion (total 40 minutes).
❖ Contributed talks: 25 minutes for the presentation, plus 5 minutes for discussion (total 30 minutes).

Projection Equipment
❖ The presentation rooms are  equipped with a LCD projector with HDMI connection
❖ Screen, wireless microphone, and a laser pointer.
❖ In case that your laptop device requires an special conector, please contact to us.

Poster indications
❖ It is recommended that the maximum size of the posters be 91cm wide and 122cm high (36in x 48in)
