The Capstone Project is a graduation requirement.

This is your story to share. Think about how your experiences have changed the way you think or act.
The presentation should be 15-20 minutes and include a creative component.
You will be assigned three faculty / staff members who will listen to your presentation and provide your evaluation.
Following your presentation, time has been set aside for your evaluating group to ask you questions about your presentation and your Ursuline experience.
You will leave the room and wait in the hallway as your evaluating group discusses your evaluation. Feedback and results will be provided immediately following the discussion.
If you receive a score of “Not There Yet” you will be required to present again a few days later. You are expected to use the feedback given to revise your presentation.
HOW TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL PRESENTATION
Be creative in your presentation style. Your creative component should compliment your presentation.
Remember that honesty in your reflection will make your presentation flow.

GRADING
You will be evaluated in the following categories and will earn a grade of Pass / Not There Yet for each category. You must earn Pass in all categories to fulfill this graduation requirement. Please review the rubric for specific requirements.

PRIOR TO PRESENTATION
A week before the presentation day an email will be sent to you with your time slot, room assignment, and the names of the faculty/staff members who will be evaluating your presentation.
You will be expected to submit any electronic components to the "Tech" of your evaluating group by midnight on the presentation day.
You should wear dress uniform and look presentable.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your presentation time and plan accordingly for technology setup.
CREATIVE COMPONENT
Your creative component is due is due on February 20 .
