Shall the Board of Education of Union Ridge School District Number 86, Cook County, Illinois, build and equip additions to and alter, repair, and equip the District's school building and improve the site thereof and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $35,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?
