Union Ridge recognizes that learning occurs at a different pace, depth and style for some students. Knowing this need exists, Union Ridge offers an identified English Language Arts Gifted Program for students in third through fifth grade.

At Union Ridge School, giftedness refers to a small percentage of the population having natural abilities that significantly exceed district-defined norms in one or more areas of learning. Gifted students think in abstract and creative ways, more broadly and deeply than their like-aged peers.
