Seventh graders test sample boats and then design and print their own boat to enter into challenges! These challenges include stability, distance, steering and holding the most cargo (pennies).

Eighth graders design and create cars. They design the parts of their car and assemble them using wooden dowels for the big race!

Sixth through eighth graders also complete comprehensive Google projects that incorporate Docs, Slides, Sheets and Drawings. They also create websites using Sites. Students participate in various STEM building challenges. They enjoy coding online using Scratch and JavaScript and applying their skills to our robots Dash and Cue! Eighth graders test their circuitry skills by creating remote controls and Interactive Boards using the Makey Makey!
