Program for engineering Access, Retention and LIATS Success (epearls)

Selective program that provides a scholarship sponsored by the National Science. Directed at helping students in all engineering disciplines to successfully complete their study programs with individualized career mentoring, soft-skills training, peer-mentor activities, research opportunities and internship/COOP experiences. I'm currently executing as part of the Peer-led Team Learning Student, serving as mentor and leader for students within the program. In addition, the program requires students to take courses and seminars that will expand our professional development.
