Mrs. Kelty Inman

Education: Graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science and a minor in Education. Graduate of The University of Dayton with a Master's degree in School Counseling.  

Bio: I worked as a school counselor at Fairlawn Local Schools and Piqua High School before coming to Upper Valley Career Center.  My husband, Rick and I live in Sidney with our children, Cecilia, Amos, Zeke, Gus and Dorothy.

Programs: Auto Collision Repair Technologies, Auto Services, Automotive Technologies, Computer Information Technologies, Design and Digital Print Technologies, Interactive Media, Pre-Engineering and Design Technologies, and Robotics and Automation.

Mrs. Erin McGaharan

Education: Graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors degree in Middle Childhood Education. Graduate of The University of Dayton with a Masters degree in School Counseling. Completed 9 years of classroom teaching and 9 as a School Counselor. 

Bio: I worked as a School Counselor at Indian Lake, Piqua, and Miami East before coming to the Upper Valley Career Center. My husband and I reside in Troy, and we have 3 children; ages 6, 11, and 13. Career Tech is a passion of mine. UVCC is such a special place. I truly enjoy every day working with the students and staff here!

Programs: Cosmetology, Nail Tech (Sr. only program), Early Childhood Education, Exercise Science,  First Responders Academy, Medical Careers Academy, Teacher Academy 

Mrs. Lindsey Riethman

Education: Graduate of Walsh University with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.  Graduate of John Carroll University with a Master's Degree in School Counseling.   

Bio: I worked at Hardin-Houston Local Schools and Fairlawn Local Schools before transitioning to UVCC in 2016.  My husband (Dan) and I live in New Bremen with our son, Benjamin.  

Programs: Ag and Power Technologies, Culinary Arts, Landscape and Natural Resources, Veterinary Science

Mrs. Kendra Snyder

Education: Graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in Middle Childhood Education. Graduate of Liberty University with a Masters degree in School Counseling. 

Bio: I worked as the school counselor at Fort Loramie Jr./Sr. High School for four years and have been at UVCC ever since.  My husband (Andrew) and I live in Piqua with our two sons, Lincoln and Ryan.  I absolutely love my job and helping the students that attend Upper Valley Career Center.

Programs: Building Maintenance, Construction, Electrical Trades, HVAC/R Technologies, Manufacturing/Machining Technologies, Welding Technologies
