⁽²⁾ The weather station under-reports wind speed, which is conventionally measured at a height of 10m.  Between 2022 and 12 Oct 2024 the weather station was mounted 3m above the ground. At 10m height, wind speed would be about 2 times that recorded at 3m (ref). 
Since 12 Oct 2024 the weather station has been mounted 5m above the ground.  At 10m height, wind speed would be about 1½ times that recorded at 5m.
Wind speed is the average speed measured over a ten minute period.  Gust speed is the maximum three second average speed.  

⁽³⁾ A UK heatwave is a period of at least three consecutive days with daily maximum temperatures meeting or exceeding the county's heatwave temperature threshold. For Norfolk, the threshold is 27°C (ref)  A heatwave day is only counted if it is a part of a consecutive block of three or more days of 27°C or above.  The totals presented here are heatwave days recorded by the Mileham East weather station and may differ from the county's official records. 

⁽⁴⁾ The Met Office has defined a 'rain day' as one with at least 0.2 mm of precipitation and a 'wet day' as one with at least 1 mm of precipitation (ref). Heavy dew can result in a measurement of 0.2 mm and so interrupt a count of 'no rainfall' days.  Tracking 'non-wet days' - defined as days with less than 1 mm of precipitation - provides a more meaningful measure of prolonged dry periods, as it excludes 'rain days' triggered solely by heavy dew or a fleeting light shower.
