About this website

This website is run by Upper Nar Gardeners (UNG), an informal not-for-profit gardening group run by volunteers. UNG is an unincorporated association. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The information on this site

We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date. However, the gardening advice, weather information and articles are general guidance only, not professional advice. You use them at your own risk.

If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.

Our liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

We cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites that we think are useful. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean we endorse a site.

You are welcome to link to our site.

Copyright

The text and photos on this site belong to UNG or to the people who wrote or took them. You may print or share our pages for personal and non-commercial use if you credit Upper Nar Gardeners. For any other use, please ask us first at admin@uppernargardeners.uk.

Using the site responsibly

Please don't try to interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
