Preparation
When preparing your presentation, please note the following:
For presentation slides:
Please use PowerPoint.
Slides must be set in 16:9 format (on PowerPoint, click on 'Design' tab/ select slide size 'Widescreen [16:9]’)
Font size recommended: 24-28pt
For text clarity, we suggest using the following fonts: Arial, Verdana or Tahoma.
For online presenter, please pre-record your presentation (format - MP4) and submit your recording to the Secretariat by 21 February 2023. Please note that you have to be present during your dedicated session for Q&A.
If you are using a video:
Video file must be provided separately from presentation (must be in MP4 format)
Please ensure you use a holding slide where the video is to be inserted/ label your video file clearly.
Please submit your presentation slides (for on-site participants) or recording (for online participants) to maemhsupm2023@gmail.com in advance of the Conference, latest by 21 February 2023. This will allow enough time to test the presentations/videos, to ensure smooth running on the day. Please rest assured all data will be treated confidentially.
Audio Visual
A Secretariat member will be available during the session to assist you with any technical queries/ issues you may have. Do bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick as a backup. Please note, you cannot run your presentation directly from your own laptop. However, you will be in control of advancing your own slides.
Secretariat Room
Should your presentation require any amendments after submission, please bring your updated slides on a USB stick to the Secretariat Room between 10 am - 12 pm on 1st March 2023. Our technical team will be available to assist with uploading your presentation. Secretariat Room is located at Level 4 of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UPM.
E-poster presentation

Please use PowerPoint; only a single slide (1) is to be utilised.
Slides must be set as ‘landscape’ in 16:9 format (on PowerPoint, click on 'Design' tab/ select slide size 'Widescreen [16:9]’)
Font size recommended: 24-28pt
