Provide students/families with HelpDesk information
Device distribution for TK-12 students who did not have access to devices and/or internet access for distance learning.
If students have access to a device and internet access at home, they do not need to request a district device and/or hotspot for distance learning.
Students who need a device for distance learning will receive a device and a charger from their school site.
Students who damage their devices must report the incident to their school site
Information on the purhcase of Chromebook warranty from a third-party provider will be sent to parents
Parents will be responsible for any damages to school district devices
Hotspots for internet access for distance learning are in short supply and, because of difficulties with procurement, will need to be distributed separately. Hotspots will not be available on a first come, first serve basis.
Information updates on low-cost and no-cost internet plans for families will be communicated through the district website, the Department for Equity and Access, and Aeries Communication

The California Emerging Technology Fund has provided access to affordable offers, as well as a number to call 1-844-841-INFO (4636) to assist parents
Students with a non-functioning hotspot will be able to bring in the hotspot to the school site device distribution and a new hotspot will be mailed out
