What Tezga does and doesn't do
From a photo of a part, Tezga estimates the name a shop clerk would use, the questions the clerk may ask, what to bring to the shop, and which type of shop to visit.
Tezga does not tell you that a part will fit your device, that a shop has it in stock, its price, or an exact part number. Size, brand and number are shown only when they are printed on the part.
Results are estimates and may be wrong. You make the buying decision; choose the right part together with the clerk, showing them the part itself.
Safety
We don't look at gas, gas cylinder, boiler gas line, electrical panel, fuse or in-wall wiring parts. Use a qualified professional for these.
Don't fit safety parts yourself, such as brakes, steering, airbags or seat belts; have a professional fit them.
Tezga does not give installation or repair instructions.
Acceptable use
Only send photos of parts. Don't send photos of people, ID documents, license plates or other people's private information.
Don't send illegal or offensive content or content that infringes others' rights.
Don't use Tezga with automated tools, bulk queries or to get around limits, and don't interfere with the service.
We may stop uses that break these rules.
Free use and Tezga Plus
The free plan has a daily limit on look-ups; the limit is shown in the app.
Tezga Plus is an optional, paid subscription. What it includes is shown on the purchase screen.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Liability
Tezga is provided "as is". We give no guarantee of the accuracy of results, the fit of any part, or shops' stock or opening information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for buying the wrong part, wasted trips or similar losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
How your information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page. You can stop using Tezga at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
