1 year warranty parts and workmanship on our bikes, and overhauls.* 

• The warranty includes minor adjustments for free: brake adjustments, shifting adjustments, wheel truing, drivetrain lubrication, and tire inflation.

• This warranty does NOT include flat tires, and normal wear and tear of tires, brake pads, chain, gears, and pedals.

*This warranty does NOT include:

• • Damage due to improper or neglected routine maintenance,

  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold,

  • Removal of components, parts, or accessories originally intended for or compatible with the bicycles as sold,

  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, or abuse,

  • Theft of bicycle.

90 day warranty on all repairs.

We are very grateful for your donation, but it is not tax-deductible.

A non-refundable deposit 50% of parts and labor is required.

• Deposit of 33%

• Purchase must be paid in full in 90 days, ⅓ of the price each month.

• No lay-away charge if you pay in full by 90 days.

• We will try our best to contact you if you haven’t paid for more than a month. Please keep in touch with us, especially if your phone number has changed or your phone is off.

• If more than 90 days go by since you have paid and we haven’t had contact with each other, you will lose your deposit and other payments.

• We will try to contact you when the repair is done.

• Free storage for 30 days after repair is complete.

• After 30 days, we will add $1/day to your repair bill.

• When the repair bill + storage fees = the value of the bike, we will sell the bike to offset our costs.

• Bikes left over 60 days will be forfeited.  

• If you buy a bike from us and return it in good condition, we will buy it back according the schedule below:

If you decide to buy a more expensive bike within a month after buying a cheaper one from us, we will buy back your original bike according to the above schedule down to 50%.

We do not store or sell data from our website.
