Is there an easy way to enroll students in my ARAL course? Without having to manually input their names one by one?
Yes, you may. You may enable self enrolment on your course setting. You just have to assign an enrolment key. One which you just have to email to the rest of your students. They can just find your ARAL course and type in the assigned enrolment key to access your course. You may also refer to this infographic walkthrough
Can I upload videos on my ARAL course? What video formats are allowed?
We highly recommend uploading your instructional videos via Youtube and just set it as unlisted. (This way, the video cannot be searchable on Youtube and can only be played on your ARAL course unless the URL has been shared. As stated in the Youtube FAQs: Unlisted video URLs work like any URL, anyone that has it can use it to view the video, but the URL will not be listed on the YouTube website. You'd have to share the URL (with anyone, in any way you might typically share URLs). Once you share it, the person you gave it to can share it like any other URL.
For some reason, some of my students were not able to take the exam on the scheduled date. Can I still let them take it beyond the set date?
Yes, you may still have them take the exam. Just go to the quiz main page by clicking the quiz title > click the gear icon on the right > user override > add user override > type in the name you want to have access on the quiz > configure the opening and closing dates and time for the quiz and the rest of the settings > don't forget to click save afterwards.
How do I make sure that all quiz attempts are submitted as the deadline is reached?
In configuring your quiz, in the sub heading timing, make sure that on the section When the time expires choose Open attempts are submitted automatically
