A: TNPL only accepts terrestrial plant samples (e.g., crude plant extracts). Please be reminded that samples should have been concentrated already with dry to sticky consistency.
A: Soaked and ground samples shall be declined. You may have them processed at the Analytical Services Laboratory <asl.chem@upd.edu.ph> of the Institute of Chemistry, UP Diliman.
A: After sending your inquiry, a quotation shall be sent to your email. The researcher-in-charge shall inform you regarding the subsequent details (submission, payment, etc.). Unendorsed samples shall not be entertained. The TNPL is open to receive samples on regular working hours (Monday-Friday at 8am to 5pm except holidays).
A: Kindly present the signed quotation/conforme upon payment at the UP Diliman Cash Office.
A: The researcher-in-charge shall notify you of the schedule of the test/assay. Release of results usually takes a week or two, upon receipt of samples. Kindly take note that the TNPL only releases the service report once you present a copy of the official receipt.
