The duties of the Office of College Secretary in relation to the college student body shall be to:

1. inform students during registration of the schedule, curricula, and other matters;

2. assist in the supervision of student activities;

3. help execute decisions of committees of the college and of the University authorities affecting students;

4. see that requirements for graduation are fulfilled; and

5. perform other duties assigned by the College Dean.
