Additional Requirements for Foreign Applicant:
Certified true copy of English translation of Diploma
Certification from the school that English is their medium of instruction
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination result
Procedure for Requesting a Statement of Account (SOA):
Step 1: Fill Out the Google Form
Access the Google form for the SOA request and enter all required information, such as your personal details, nationality, program you are applying for, and preferred method of payment.
Double-check the information for accuracy before submitting.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation Email
Check your email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) for an email from the Office of Graduate Studies containing your SOA.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
Complete the payment process as per your chosen payment option.
Option 1: Online Payment through the university's payment portal.

Option 2: Pay directly at the UPD Cash Office on campus.
Step 4: Keep and Upload Payment Receipt
After payment, keep the receipt that confirms your transactions, as it will be needed for your application.
Go to the Application for Admission Google Form and upload the payment receipt as one of the required documents.
Instruct your referees to email their accomplished CHE GForm 01-A reference form to the Office of the Graduate Studies at ogsche.upd@up.edu.ph following the sample format (e.g. Reyes_Jose_Recommendation Letter_Intended Graduate Program)
Admitted applicants who wish to defer their enrolment shall fill-in CHE GForm 02. The maximum period for deferment of enrolment shall be one academic year, after which the applicant has to re-apply.
