Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) also known as the Manila International Airport (MIA) is the Philippines' primary airport and is the closest airport to the venue. NAIA's IATA airport code is MNL. More information can be found at the website.
The most convenient way is to take a taxi. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. There are several options: Yellow Metered Taxi, Regular Metered Taxi, or Grab Car/Grab Taxi. Grab Car/Grab Taxi is similar to Uber or Lyft, and hence it can be used to conveniently navigate Metro Manila. Locations of Grab booths in NAIA can be found here. For Grab Car/Grab Taxi, passengers book through the Grab mobile app (see website). Grab mobile app requires a SIM card to work; there are kiosks in the airport selling SIM cards (two SIM cards are available: Globe or Smart). From Airport to UP Diliman, Grab Car/Grab Taxi fare ranges from 600-800 Philippine pesos (~$11-$17).
For public transportation, travel time is approximately 2 hours and one has to change rides multiple times. Commuting in Metro Manila is challenging so refer to Google Maps for more up-to-date travel suggestions. See also https://www.newnaia.com.ph/transport.
