Mentorship is a central part of Jaderick’s teaching practice, bridging classroom instruction with independent research and project development. Each mentorship journey is unique—some are nurtured as ongoing projects, others culminate in milestones achieved through graduation, while a few remain as paths still unfolding. Together, these experiences illustrate the richness and complexity of guiding students as they grow into professionals and scholars.
This section lists the students Jaderick is currently mentoring, together with the titles of their research or capstone projects. These students are actively engaged in developing software systems or conducting research that advances both their learning and the discipline.

The mentorship record reflects a dynamic continuum: projects that are nurtured in progress, journeys that are celebrated at completion, and paths that are honored even when unfinished. In each case, mentorship is not only about completing a project but also about shaping resilience, critical thinking, and professional identity.
Mentorship is the quiet work of nurturing journeys, celebrating milestones, and honoring paths still unfolding.
