Every family story begins with a heritage — a set of values, lessons, and loves passed from one generation to the next. For Jaderick's family, these roots are deeply anchored in God’s grace and purpose. From their beginnings shaped by faith and perseverance, to their journey marked by service and love, their story is a living testimony of how the Lord brings lives together for His mission. They hold fast to the truth that family is not only a blessing to cherish but also a calling to fulfill — to know God, make Him known, and nurture generations who will do the same.
Jaderick was born in one of the historic cities of the Bicol Region, sometime during the dawn of the Space Race between the United States and the then–Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). His birth came at a time when humanity’s gaze turned skyward, while his own journey would be one of quietly building and serving communities on Earth.
He was raised in the culture of the “Kaakian nin Norte” — a people known for their hard work, resilience, reverence for life, and deep honor for God. This cultural heritage shaped his outlook on perseverance and faith, grounding his life in values that remain central to his personal and professional conduct.
As a young student, he was nurtured in patriotism and public service. His induction into the Boy Scouts of the Philippines instilled in him discipline, leadership, and civic duty, culminating in his being awarded the Scout Citizen, the highest distinction of his time (now known as the Eagle Scout).
From an early age, he demonstrated a scientific curiosity and inventive spirit, often drawn to engineer solutions using indigenous and practical materials. This fascination with applied science would later evolve into a lifelong vocation — advancing computational, agricultural, and environmental intelligence through research and innovation (with some of his collaborative works recognized by his peers).
His early exposure to public service came through the Rotary International’s Boys and Girls Week Program, where he was chosen to take the place of a provincial government official for a week — a formative experience that opened his understanding of governance, social responsibility, and servant leadership.
He pursued higher education in a science and nature city that upholds the ideals of Honor, Excellence, and Service. There, his intellectual foundations were strengthened, his sense of nationhood deepened, and his belief in using knowledge for the public good affirmed.

His wife is a product of Southern Tagalog and Ilocano–Ibanag heritages, a confluence of cultures that fostered in her both gentleness and strength. She grew up in a family-oriented household that placed great emphasis on early education — not only in the formal sense but also through practical training in daily living and community care.
She was raised to nurture life and manage a home with wisdom, yet was also capable of carrying responsibilities that demanded resilience and strength. Her character embodies both grace and grit — a reflection of the harmony between care and courage.
Like Jaderick, she was also trained in the science and nature city, where their paths crossed and friendship blossomed into a partnership grounded in shared values. Together, they honor their families and serve God, seeing their union not as coincidence but as providence.
She holds the conviction that God placed her where she would come to know Him more deeply, and through that knowledge, participate in His mission of making disciples of all nations — a faith and purpose she shares with her husband.
Jaderick considers it a blessing to train and nurture two children in the way that Proverbs 22:6 teaches — “to start a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.”
Both of his children are following his academic and disciplinal path in Computing Science, demonstrating curiosity, diligence, and creativity in their own pursuits. His elder child is now being trained in higher education in the same science and nature city where Jaderick himself studied, exploring how computing can be harnessed for efficiency and innovation.
His younger child is currently pursuing the STEM track in one of the country’s national science high schools, recognized for its rigorous and competitive academic training.
Both are academic scholars, distinguished by their discipline and faith, and are being guided to know, live, and prepare for a future grounded in the truth of the Bible — reflecting the family’s belief that true wisdom begins with reverence for God (Proverbs 9:10).
As their journey continues, Jaderick's family remains steadfast in walking the path that God has set before them. Through seasons of joy and challenge alike, they find strength in faith, peace in purpose, and hope in His promises. Each chapter of their family’s life is a reminder that God’s handiwork is never finished — it is ever unfolding, shaping them to reflect His love and to pass on a legacy of faith that will outlast them.
