Course Summary: The New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) is part of the employee onboarding cycle of the University. It enables employees to get acquainted with the rich history of UP Manila, its core values, culture, and mission, and be aware of the university's important information concerning internal activities and processes. The NEOP also enables employees to become aware of the University’s organizational structure, policies, rules, and regulations. The different sections of the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), presented the procedures to orient the employees on how the office operates and the functions and relevant guidelines per section.
