ACADEMY is UP Manila HRDO’s Virtual Training Program that aims to provide self-paced training courses for employees who might have missed the dates of the workshops, webinars, and training programs. The recording and materials of the webinars that were conducted can be accessed by University employees. Certificates of completion will be sent to those who will successfully reach the minimum scores in the course assessments.

1. Register to the desired training course via Google Form Registration.

2. Read the LMS ACADEMY Guidelines before beginning a training course.

3. Watch and/or read the resources on the page corresponding to your chosen training course.

4. Take the course assessments. Please note that there is a minimum score for each course that you must reach to obtain a certificate.

5. Please wait for the Learning and Development Section to email you the results of your assessments.

6. If you successfully completed the self-paced training program and have met all the requirements, a Learning and Development personnel will reach out to you. Kindly be informed that the distribution of certificates may take a while as the document will require signatories from respective offices.
