Course Summary: Efficient and continuous delivery of service is crucial for public institutions; and essential to this is the need for public officials and employees to be able to come up with complete works and to timely address issues and concerns. As the Health Sciences Center, there is a need to equip our employees with tools and skills that will allow them to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and come up with comprehensive and well-informed decisions when faced with problems or issues.
