Having the necessary civil documents as a Filipino resident is a must, whether one is still a child or an individual getting ready for an application for their valid IDs. Aspiring employees are also required to submit a proof of their identity, oftentimes their Birth Certificate, when applying in any government positions. In this regard, the Human Resource Development Office recognizes the significance of having the primary civil documents for its employees and constituents; therefore, conducting the PSA Civil Registry System Caravan, in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), formerly known as the National Statistics Office, and the Information Management Service (IMS). This caravan was held on April 16, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the 8F Social Hall of the UP-PGH Building. Attendees of this caravan have the opportunity to consult with PSA regarding their civil registration and request for copies of birth certificate, certificate of marriage, death certificate, certificate of no marriage, and certificate of no death, as applicable.
