PRC ID Renewal Caravan 🪪
Being a professional entails varied demands and responsibilities along with having the necessary qualities or the license to perform or practice such profession is a must in this line of work. In that sense, it is essential for professionals to ensure that they are qualified and possess the qualifications to practice their occupations.

In order for employees of UP Manila to have their licenses up to date, the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) of the University of the Philippines Manila spearheaded the PRC ID Renewal Caravan last September 23, 2025, located at the 8F Social Hall, UP-PGH Central Block Building.
The PRC caravan was part of the HRDO Caravan Series: Government Services Access Express, an initiative aimed at making government services more accessible and convenient for UP Manila and UP-PGH employees, ensuring safety and professionalism with evidence.
Through the pre-registration efforts sent via email, employees were informed of reminders and requirements for the caravan, leading to a smooth processing and transaction for the renewal of licenses. Queuing may have taken minutes to an hour, the HRDO Team ensured a streamlined operations where employees can reach out for technical support on RRC’s LERIS, assistance for any additional photocopies or documents, as well as in claiming their renewed ID and for answering the Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) for their feedback and suggestions regarding the event.
Altogether, a total of 161 employees availed the renewal of their license with IDs, while 19 employees attended for addressing technical support with regard to their licenses. The caravan was made possible through the joint partnership of the UP Manila Human Resource Development Office and the Professional Regulations Commission. The Social Hall filled with sentiments expressing gratitude for having such events that allowed employees to facilitate their governmental transactions within their official hours.
