Course Description
A discussion of the CSC MC No. 5 series of 2021 or the Amendment to Omnibus Rules on Leave (CSC MC No. 31 series of 1998) and its provision alignment with Republic Act No. 11210 or the “105-Day Expanded Maternity Leave Law,” this training is intended to promote better understanding of the mentioned laws and to further encourage employee welfare. Highlighted in this training are women’s achievements, women empowerment, and reflection on their overlooked contributions. This also covers details on paternity leave and adoptive leave, as well as the prescribed use of the revised application leave.
