Course Description
A training to celebrate and advocate for women empowerment and gender mainstreaming, and raise awareness on the issues that women are facing in the workplace, this is a great avenue to inspire women to challenge the norm, and be more than what they were told to be.
Performance Objectives
To explain women empowerment and its history in the Philippines;
To discuss the 7 Principles of Women Empowerment based on United Nations Women and Global Compact;
To identify ways on how to create an enabling work environment for the empowerment of women and equality at work; and
To discuss gender-responsive policies that can accelerate inclusive and gender safe work environment
