I am Filmore Kevin Z. Tiston, please call me Fil for short. I've been with the BAMS program for 3 years now. I permamently reside at Muntinlupa City.
As per this course is concerned, I do not have any background when it comes to complex audio or sound editing besides the one that needs to be embedded in a video presentation, a simple voice recording, and a simple mixtape for a dance presentation but nothing fancy like those of the ones being edited in a studio.
Besides the theoretical foundations of sound, I wish to learn a lot about the hardware and software tools that are needed to record or edit audio since it's one of the in demand skills for any multimedia job opportunities out there.
Lastly, I also dream of becoming a club dj one day as a side job so I guess this course is great opportunity to kick off that dream. That's all! Have a nice day! I hope to have a productive term with you all. Cheers!
