The Regional Environmental Information System (REIS) laboratory conducts research and training on the use of geographic information systems, and provides spatial data visualization; map layout, printing, and digitizing; and geo-referencing services. It is also the home base of the UP Tacloban Youthmappers Chapter, which is part of a global network of young leaders aiming to create resilient communities and define their world by mapping it.
