BS Management
Program Objectives
The BS Management program aims to develop students’ potentials and capacities to assume managerial leadership roles in private, public, and civil society organizations; provide students with the relevant management and research exposure that will prepare them to make significant contributions to management discipline and practice; and equip and empower students to be agents of positive and transformative change in government, business, and society.
Graduates of the program should be able to:
Perform management functions, such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling;
Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competencies in crafting sustainable business ideas;
Develop business models and implement feasible and scalable business enterprises;
Use the proper decision tools to critically, analytically, and creatively solve managerial problems and derive results;
Display leadership skills in the exercise of the management profession in all types of organizations and at all organizational levels;
Conduct management research in support of local, regional, and national development;
Apply information and communication technology (ICT) for effective and efficient decision-making; and
Exhibit and practice nationalism, social responsibility, and organizational citizenship.
