PART I:

E-MAIL is the central link to these applications. I can use it to communicate with my colleagues, clients, professors, or friends. I can also use it to send and receive important documents, such as resumes, certificates, or assignments. E-MAIL is fast, convenient, and easy to use. I can access it from any device and any location. E-MAIL can help me stay connected and organized in my work, study, or personal life.

PART II

The “ADD FRIEND button is a feature that allows users to send friend requests to other users on a platform. The availability and functionality of this button can vary depending on the platform and the user’s privacy settings.

For example, on Facebook, the “Add Friend” button might not show up on someone’s profile for several reasons:

• The user has restricted their privacy settings.

• They denied your friend request.

• They marked your friend request as spam.

On Xbox, you can add new friends by right-clicking the profile in the search results that you want to add, and then selecting “Open Profile”. Then, select the “Add Friend” button on the profile screen.

The "PROFILE COMMENT BOX"  feature for popular function that allows users to leave public messages of praise, comments, or other statements on their friends’ profiles. A comment box is visible to anyone who visits the profile, and it often serves as a kind of social proof of the user’s character or popularity. This might place as well like the bulletin board below.
