CIRCULATION BOOKS
Circulation books are materials that can be freely accessed by library users and are kept in the open-shelves area. These materials can be borrowed by the users for two weeks and renewed once on the due date. Undergraduate students can borrow a maximum of five circulation books, while faculty and graduate students can borrow a maximum of 10 books.
RESERVE BOOKS
Reserve books are required references by the faculty. Due to limited copies and high demands, they are stored in a closed-shelf system. Users must fill out the "Request Slip" in order to borrow the material either for room-use or for overnight, in which students should return the books on or before 9 a.m. the following day to avoid fines. Students can borrow a maximum of two reserve books.
Note: To check the availability and location of the materials, please use TUKLAS, the UP Libraries Discovery Tool, which can be accessed via https://tuklas.up.edu.ph/
