Writing has transcended what it used to be for me. It’s not just an academic requirement. It’s a way to unload, express, and communicate. Answering the question: “Why do you write?” is simple enough as it is. I write because I have something to tell. Something worth listening to. Posing the question: “Why do you continue writing?” is a bit harder. If the numerous unfinished poetry, stories, and essay entries in my Notes app proves something, it’s that bright ideas take courage and will to finish. I’m halfway through Part 1 of 4 of the story I’m writing. Let’s hope we have enough courage to create an ending on this one.
