ASNP Philippines would like to thank everyone for the success of NATPRO9
NATPRO9 includes a local post-conference tour at the La Mesa Ecopark.
La Mesa is a protected area that preserves the only major watershed in Metro Manila, Philippines. The La Mesa Ecopark, covering 33 hectares around the perimeter of La Mesa, is an environmental haven in Quezon City, fostering biodiversity and offering outdoor activities in an urban environment. The park offers experiential learning and deepens consciousness on watershed conservation, biodiversity preservation, forest protection, and climate action.
The tour offers an option between two packages:
(1) Regular entrance which includes only the entrance fee and transportation to the park. Participants will be allowed to freely explore the park on their own without guided activities. This package is only Php 500.
(2) Feast from the Forest which includes the entrance fee and transportation to the park, and a special lecture entitled "Feast from the Forest" which includes a tasting session for local coffee, honey, and various unique teas from various regions of the Philippines. This package is Php 1,500 and is limited to only 60 slots.
