Season (2022-2023) presented the team with the daunting task of building a car from scratch, a challenge none of the current members had previously faced. Despite losing their administrative captain early on, Lino Rangel stepped up to lead the team through uncharted territory. The journey was fraught with obstacles, including the unexpected loss of a crucial sponsor for intake printing, which added to the complexity of the project.

Heading to the Michigan competition, the ground team encountered a setback with a suspension breakdown en route. However, they managed to arrive and promptly pass the tech inspection. Nevertheless, the competition itself brought further challenges, such as a leak discovered during a fueling test, necessitating a repeat inspection and slowing their progress.
