My name is Peshawa Babakr Braim.
Since 2013, I have been serving as a lecturer at the University of Raparin, within the College of Basic Education, a role I continue to fulfill with dedication and passion.
My Educational Philosophy
I firmly believe that every student is a unique individual with the potential to grow intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. My goal as an educator is to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore, question, and reach their full potential. I strive to create a classroom atmosphere that is both safe and stimulating—where students feel respected, are encouraged to express their ideas, and are supported in taking academic risks.
I believe that effective learning is built upon five essential pillars:
The teacher as a guide – facilitating rather than dictating the learning process.
Hands-on learning experiences – allowing students to engage actively with content.
Student choice and curiosity – empowering learners to follow their interests and take ownership of their education.
A safe space to practice and grow – fostering confidence and resilience through trial and error.
Integration of technology – utilizing digital tools to enhance learning and prepare students for a rapidly evolving world.
Through this philosophy, I aim to inspire students to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and responsible members of society.
