Professional Summary

Since 2013, I have been serving as a lecturer at the University of Raparin, College of Basic Education. With a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Allameh Tabatabai University, Tehran, I bring over a decade of academic experience in teaching, research, and educational leadership, including my tenure as the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Higher Education Affairs (2014–2017). My work centers on creating an inclusive, dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to think critically, engage deeply, and grow holistically.

Educational Philosophy

I believe every student is a unique individual capable of intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth. My teaching is grounded in five core principles:

1. Facilitating learning rather than dictating it.

2. Hands-on engagement with course content.

3. Encouraging student agency through choice and curiosity.

4. Building a safe environment that supports risk-taking and resilience.

Through this approach, I aim to cultivate lifelong learners who are critical thinkers and responsible global citizens.
