Work Experience: I have been teaching Public Finance and Finance Law for eight

                             years in Law Department at university of  Raparin.

                            I was the director of Legal Affairs at University of  Raparin for

                            a year and two months and I received two appreciation letters

                            from the president of university of  Raparin.

                          I carried out five researches:

1- (the President’s Authorities In Kurdistan Region Draft Constitution) Published  in Raparin University Journal, No. 3 in May 2015.

2-(Public Budget Structure) published in  Kurdistan Academic Journal, No.3 in July 2015.

3-( Parliamentary control over the implementation of the genrel budget  in the Kurdistan region-Iraq) published in journal of college  of law in Kirkuk university, volume 5, issue 19, 2016.

4- Monitoring the implementation of tax laws, their concept, justifications, and legal basis - a comparative study - (joint research), Halabja University Journal, No. 3, 2019.
