My philosophy of teaching
The teaching process-from my point of view- is a joint process between the teacher and students, so they must be involed in the educational process, and urged them to:
Learning and thinking in an analytical and critical way.
Gain skills that help them face practical and professional life.
The demand for distinguished scientific production and an attempt to make the learning process more enjoyable.
participate in brief discussion in order to encourage them to express their point of view and to try to draw a more comprehensive picture of the topics under study in their minds.
express their point of view and learn logical and critical thinking, which helps them develop their analytical skills.
As a teacher, I try to consider the folloing as part of my teaching philosophy;
To clarify the general principles on which the course is based in additional to some details that can support the student's knowledge in practical life.
I try to make the learning process more enjoyable by linking the subject's topics to practical life and local and international issues that are of interest in the period in which I teach the course.
I try yo make the student practice the teaching process as an enjoyable daily practice without succumbing to the stress of exams and results.
That I do not deal with the educational process in a way of profit and loss, but on the contrary, his work can be considered a kind of artistic creativity.
The aim of the exams is to enhance the student's stock of knowledge throughout the semester.
The examinations are also intended to assist and support low-performing students and students with shyness in increasing their ability to achieve.
Looking at exams with this viewfinder helps relieve the feeling of stress that is usually associated with exams.
